Ginny Place - Chiang Mai

Ginny Place is a clean and cheap guuesthouse in the heart of the old city. Room rates run from 100 to 300 baht per night. It has been around for about two years now, and word of mouth has kept it a successful business. The fact is that this guesthouse represents a great value for budget travelers. The people running the place are nice folks as well. Stop by and say hello. Tee also runs a travel agency and can help you out with all kinds travel related needs and information. There is even a TV for "lazy travelers"! It is also important to note that wi-fi is available for you internet addicted travelers!

Rooms: The rooms are basic, but they are all immaculate. A towel is provided, and hot water is available in both shared bathrooms and private ones. Obviously, the cheaper rooms have a shared bathroom, but they are well maintained and cleaned on a regular basis.

Ginny Place is able to help you with whatever you need to make your time in Chiang Mai more enjoyable. From chatting about activities and sights to see to booking trekking, Tee will be able to sort you out. They are a wealth of information for directions around town, places to eat, and quite frankly they are good company. Relax and have a beer with Ian! He surely has some sort of entertaining story for you!

 

Eating: The Be Bee Cafe is located on the premisis. The food is quite good and reasonably priced. A small portion of their menu is as follows:
